In-app reports remain the best way to report another runner. When contacting support, never send passwords, verification codes, private messages, report notes, or exact location information by email.
Safety Concerns
- Use Report on a runner’s profile when possible. - Use Block to end contact immediately when necessary. - Run Bud does not promise a specific moderation result or response time. - If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Run Bud is not an emergency service.
Account and Privacy Requests
